Main activities:
- Managing the transborder issues arising from the digitization of life, society, the economy and politics;
- Contributing to collective security and supporting good governance by using specific tools dedicated to relevant state and non-state actors;
- Promoting the interests of relevant stakeholders from the cyber field by applying traditional diplomatic resources and methods;
- Proposing and implementing strategies, initiatives, actions that enhance cyber security and promote peace and stability;
- Drafting norms and strategies in areas like: Internet governance, prohibition of cyber criminality, the adequate response to cyber-threats and the protection of critical infrastructures;
- Promoting a constructivist approach to the developing system of cyber governance, based on shared security and prosperity;
- Developing a multidisciplinary network of collaborators and contributors to support the interdisciplinary cyber diplomacy field, which brings together international relations and diplomacy, computer science, public policy, system-of-system engineering, international law and many more.
